SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Terms & Conditions (A2P 10DLC): By providing a mobile phone number or otherwise opting in via our website forms or other approved opt-in methods, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from The Iron Network Insurance and Financial Services to that number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
Consent & Recordkeeping: We collect consent via website forms or other approved opt-in mechanisms and retain records of consent for compliance and audit purposes, including requirements for A2P 10DLC registration.

Changes & Service Continuity: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate SMS messaging services, and we may discontinue messaging if required for legal or regulatory compliance. We will comply with applicable laws and industry rules governing A2P 10DLC messaging.

Termination will not limit any other remedies the Company may have under law or equity.
